There are a number of measures in place to ensure independent living residents are safe in our facilities:
• security staff are on-site 24/7 and available for emergencies
• concierges are seated near the entrance to screen and direct visits and guests
• each apartment can be dead-bolted from the inside ensuring privacy and security at home, and
• the building is locked and alarmed during night time hours
Many retirees consider independent living simply for the security and peace of mind they provide.
