But if you're at home and unable to join us, get creative and try out some at-home exercises! Resistance bands, light weights, and yoga mats are all you need for a safe, effective indoor workout. If you don't have a set of weights, you can even use everyday items such as canned food, water bottles, or detergent bottles as makeshift dumbbells!
