It’s the most important (and arguably the most delicious) meal of the day! In addition to the varying daily breakfast items, the menu always includes eggs made any way, bacon (or other breakfast protein), breakfast potato du jour, assorted fruit, assorted juices, and cereals. Here are a few dishes you might see for breakfast:
Cheese and tomato strata

Whole wheat pancakes
Maple cinnamon coffee cake
Breakfast bread pudding
Pineapple upside-down muffins
In addition to the daily lunch menu items, you can always find gelatin, cottage cheese with and without fruit, a mixed garden salad, and fresh-baked bread. Here are some of the lunch items our residents enjoy:
Roasted Tom Turkey with mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans and cornbread
Pineapple Chicken with sweet potatoes, squash casserole, fresh baked bread and creamy macaroni salad
Catch of the day with brown rice and toasted orzo pilaf, vegetables, and fresh-baked wheat rolls
Lemon baked fish with mashed sweet potatoes, glazed winter vegetables, and tomato feta salad
At Waterford Terrace, all of our evening meals start off with a cup of delicious homemade soup du jour. Here are some examples of dinner delights you might experience:

Eggplant Parmesan: Layers of eggplant with tomato sauce and cheese, served with garlic bread and minestrone soup
Seafood Stir Fry with ginger rice and egg drop soup
Make your own pizza night–a great way to meet and have fun with your neighbors!
It’s okay to indulge a little–so we offer dessert at our meals of course! In fact, we love dessert so much that each month our Executive Chefs create their own signature cookies, like stuffed peanut butter and jelly cookies. Here are some to-die-for desserts at Waterford Terrace:
Chocolate walnut squares
