AURORA, CO (NOVEMBER 11, 2020) – Belleview Heights Assisted Living and Memory Care in Aurora, Colorado, has appointed Kimberly Boughton as its new executive director. With more than 12 years of experience in the senior living and care industry, Broughton will be responsible for all day-to-day management ensuring alignment with the community’s Person-Centered Care approach and values. This also includes leading the community’s health, safety, and infection prevention programs, which are among the most stringent in the industry to help keep residents and staff safe.
Before starting her career in senior care, Broughton worked as an insurance broker. In 2008, she served as a marketing director for a senior home care company, where she was then promoted to director of operations. During this time, she discovered a growing passion for improving the lives of seniors. In 2017 Broughton joined another retirement community in Aurora as an executive director before finding her way to Belleview Heights.
“We are thrilled to welcome Kimberly, a person with a true passion for creating outstanding living experiences for our current and future residents,” said Luis Serrano, CEO, Sunshine Retirement Living. “Our community in Aurora has gained a veteran of the industry to continue the work of caring for our seniors at the highest level.”
