Doug Baker brings 17 years of industry experience to retirement community in Dunwoody

Doug Baker brings with him over 17 years of experience in leadership and executive roles in the senior living industry, serving as a sounding board and point person for thousands of residents in nearly two decades. About his new role, Baker says, “After learning more about the mission and vision of Dunwoody Pines and it’s the parent company, Sunshine Retirement Living, I knew I wanted to join the network. I plan to be accessible to both residents and their families for any questions, concerns, or suggestions for improvement and hope to know each resident of this community personally. My goal is to continue to be highly selective when it comes to hiring new team members and then invest in those team members to keep them here long-term, offering consistency for those who live here.” Baker holds a Doctorate degree from Covington Theological Seminary.
