*Referral Bonus request will be submitted by the SRL Community Manager for payment after the new resident (“referral”) has maintained occupancy for 90 days. The Referral Fee will be paid to the community resident (“referrer”) within two weeks of Sunshine receiving the payment request. Canterbury Court’s Referral Program varies, with a bonus of $250 for all resident referrals.
