Lemon Baked Fish: served with mashed sweet potatoes and glazed winter vegetables, freshly baked bread, and tomato feta salad.
Catch of the Day: served with brown rice & toasted orzo pilaf and fiesta vegetables with freshly baked wheat rolls, cabbage, carrot slaw, and Danish apple pudding.
Classic Portabella Mushroom Melt: grilled portobello topped with sautéed onions and swiss cheese. The melt is served with a mixed salad and chicken barley soup.
Salisbury Steak: the steak is topped with onion gravy served with roasted potatoes, Capri mixed vegetables, baked bread, and jellied spring salad.
Roasted Tom Turkey: served with mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans with leeks and carrots, cornbread dressing, fresh-baked wheat rolls, and cauliflower bean salad.
