Butternut Squash Soup
This is a fall classic and one of our absolute favorites! This soup is creamy, delicious, and perfect for a cool Georgia afternoon. Made with in-season produce and lots of pantry staples, Butternut Squash Soup is a great dish to serve when hosting that won’t break the bank. You can stick to a simple recipe like this one, or you can modify it and make it your own. If you choose to make this cozy soup, we recommend adding a fun topping or two! Some of our favorites include:
Toasted pumpkin seeds
A drizzle of heavy cream
A sprinkle of fresh herbs
Red pepper flakes
Crispy bacon crumbles
Chili-infused olive oil
Whatever you choose, this is sure to be a hit among friends and family this fall!
Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese
Following the butternut squash theme, this is the perfect side dish for any fall meal! Both festive and mouthwatering, this twist on the classic is a great way to elevate your everyday mac & cheese. It is also an excellent trick to incorporate some added veggies into an otherwise vegetable-less dish! The butternut squash provides both a richness and creaminess that we simply can’t get enough of. If this sounds like something you might like, check out this recipe! We recommend serving with a succulent roasted chicken. But even if you simply enjoy it on its own, you really can’t go wrong!
Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
This is one of those meals that is sure to warm you from the inside out! Perfect for a chilly fall day, this soup is packed full of vegetables and whole grains. With all of the added nutrients, this fall inspired soup is both delicious and nutritious and is sure to keep you coming back for more each time. One of our favorite things about soup is that it can serve a large group easily, or can be eaten individually for days. We love this recipe to warm you this season.
Cinnamon Roll Apple Pie
We couldn’t have a list of fall recipes without having a pie on it, but this is not the apple pie you grew up with.
