The best news is that none of these recipes involve any cooking whatsoever!

Greek Yogurt Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse

While mousse can be rich and indulgent, the Greek yogurt makes this delicious treat light and refreshing! If you want a simple way to enjoy fall dessert, consider giving this pumpkin cheesecake mousse recipe from Flavour and Savour a try. We think you or a loved one will love it. The ingredients in this dessert are:

  • Reduced fat cream cheese
  • Pure maple syrup
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Ground ginger
  • Canned pumpkin
  • Plain Greek yogurt
  • Whipping cream
  • Icing sugar

To make it, first cut the room temperature cream cheese into cubes, then add it to a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth. Then, add the maple syrup, spices, canned pumpkin and Greek yogurt. Keep mixing it until smooth. In a separate bowl using a hand mixer, beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture with a spatula. Chill the mousse until set, then enjoy!

Pumpkin Fudge

This next no-bake recipe from Baking Beauty, pumpkin fudge, is perfect for you or a loved one who enjoys graham cracker crust desserts! While pumpkin pie may be the classic dessert of choice around the fall holidays, this easy fudge delivers all the same flavors with none of the hassle. Here’s what you’ll need for this scrumptious and decadent treat:

  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Butter
  • White sugar
  • Evaporated milk
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Ginger
  • Cloves
  • Vanilla extract
  • Marshmallow creme
  • White chocolate chips
  • Pumpkin puree
  • White sugar
  • Cinnamon

You’ll need a 9×9 pan for this recipe. First, cover your pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. In a bowl, combine cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the pan to make the crust. Then in a pot stir sugar, milk, butter, and spices over medium heat. Stir the mixture constantly as you bring it to a boil. Remove the pot from heat, then add in marshmallow creme, white chocolate chips, vanilla, and pumpkin and stir until smooth. Pour fudge mixture over graham cracker crust. Use a spatula to smooth the mixture. Optionally, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture and gently press down on the top. Cover and refrigerate the fudge until it is set.

Pumpkin Gingersnap Dip

The above recipe ideas were definitely simple, but this one is easiest of all and can be made in mere minutes! Just because this pumpkin gingersnap dip only has three ingredients, it doesn’t make it any less addictive when you bring it to your fall gatherings. Here are the only three ingredients you’ll need:

  • Canned pumpkin puree
  • Vanilla JELLO pudding mix
  • Pumpkin pie spice

The only thing to do for this recipe is mix the three ingredients together into a bowl and you’re done! Enjoy this dip cold with your choice of ginger snaps, graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices.
