Nothing is quite as relaxing as a good glass of wine after a long day or week. Luckily for those wine lovers, California is known for its beautiful wineries and vineyards. This is the perfect activity for a warm afternoon and even better when enjoyed with friends or family. We highly recommend making the trip on a pleasant afternoon to tour a vineyard and enjoy a wine tasting.

If there is one thing we love in California, it is the priority we place on overall wellness. And nothing is quite as relaxing and beneficial as a massage. With our communities being located so closely to many major cities and very prominent areas, you are never more than a quick drive from a top rated day spa. We love that this is a great way to relax indoors for those days where the temperatures are a little cooler.

Our residents have access to healthy breakfasts every day of the week, but for our friends at home, one easy way to add a nutritious punch to your morning meal is by adding spinach to a simple scramble.
It is extremely easy to make for yourself or a loved one if you’re short on time in the morning. Simply heat up a nonstick pan, add your eggs, some spinach, and a little of your favorite seasoning (we love everything bagel seasoning)! Turn the eggs occasionally to cook them through, and you're ready to eat.
