AMENITIES BY CARE
Our amenities are designed to support each resident’s needs at every level of care. All communities include features such as restaurant-style dining, emergency pull cords, and well-maintained grounds. Independent living offers conveniences like full kitchens and in-unit washers and dryers, while memory care communities include thoughtful features such as memory boxes and circular walking paths.

Every Sunshine community takes pride in exceptional dining. Residents enjoy a variety of choices at every meal, including healthy options and dishes for special diets. Our Executive Chefs prepare fresh breakfasts, lunches, and dinners daily and serve them restaurant-style. Each month, chefs also create a unique “signature cookie,” a resident favorite we love to share with visitors.
GOOD HEALTH
Our wellness and activity programs focus on body, mind, and spirit. Sunshine’s Corporate Wellness Director partners with each community’s Life Enrichment Director to offer fitness classes, educational seminars, and engaging weekly events. Community service and volunteer opportunities also help support residents’ sense of purpose and well-being.

Residents who love to travel can enjoy a unique benefit exclusive to Sunshine communities. With more than 30 locations across the United States, residents can visit another Sunshine community and reserve a guest suite. Enjoy up to seven nights of complimentary lodging, three meals a day, local transportation, and access to community activities.
